Description:
Successful candidate will be able work with other
information professionals, establish system information
requirements using analysis of the information
engineers in the development of enterprise-wide
or large-scale information systems. The candidate
will develop systems architectures to include
software, hardware, and communications to support
the requirements as well as provide for future
cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
Experience with software engineering concepts
and standards with proven extensive experience
in the web-based, client-server areas. Strong
background experience with SQL, Oracle is required.
A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate IT
discipline and a minimum of 10 years experience,
required. Three (3) years of which should be in
the last five (5) years in the supervision of
system architects, use of structured analysis,
design methodologies, design tools and other design
techniques, object oriented principles, and experience
with the logical, and physical functional, operational
and technical architecture of medium to large
complex information systems. A Bachelors degree
or higher in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, Engineering or other related discipline
may be substituted for two years of experience.

Description:
Applications Engineers analyze functional business
applications and design specifications for functional
activities. Translates detailed design into computer
software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer
software to produce the required product. Prepares
required documentation, including both program-level
and user-level documentation. Enhances software
to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Provides technical direction to programmers to
ensure program deadlines are met.
Position requires a minimum of six years experience,
three (3) of which will be within the last five
(5) years in: applications programming on large
scale data base management systems, knowledge
of computer equipment and ability to develop complex
software to satisfy design objectives. Proficiency
in thin client applications, Cold Fusion, and
SQL Server and Oracle is required. Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
Business, or other related discipline is required.

Description:

is responsible for the design of software tools
and subsystems to support software re-use, domain
analyses, COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) product
integration, and manages the implementation. Manages
software and application development and support
using formal specifications, data flow diagrams,
other widely practiced design techniques and CASE
(Computer Aided Software Engineering) tools. Performs
and provide cost benefit and estimate analysis
and schedule for software development. Reviews’
existing programs and assists in making refinements,
reducing operating time, and improving current
techniques. Supervises software configuration
management.
The Senior Applications Engineer must have a
bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management
Information Systems, Engineering, Business or
other related discipline. A minimum of eight (8)
years experience in the software, system or application
development area of which three (3) years must
have been within the last five (5) years, focused
in web based, client/ server and thin client environments.
Specialized experience and technical knowledge
includes demonstrated experience with full life
cycle development, use of SQL, Oracle, Web focused
programming tools, and use of RDBMS.

Description:
Lead Information Engineer will work as team leads
for information professionals working on commercial
and government projects. A successful candidate
will possess a wide range of technical knowledge
and managerial skill. Familiarity and knowledge
of all facets of software engineering — from
analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance — is
essential. The Lead Information Engineer must
have problem solving skills and be able to lead
a team in innovative problem solving. Demonstrable
experience in managing and working with both technical
and functional/subject matter experts is required.
This position requires a Bachelors degree
a Masters Degree is preferred in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
Business, or other related discipline. This
position requires a minimum of ten –
fifteen years experience, three (3) of which
shall be within the last five (5) years
and at least eight years must be specialized.
Specialized experience, in information systems
development, functional and data requirements
analysis, systems analysis and design, programming,
program design and documentation preparation.
The following experience is also required:
demonstrated experience in the implementation
of information engineering projects; systems
analysis, design and programming using CASE
and IE tools and methods, systems planning,
business information planning, and business
analysis. Must demonstrate the ability to
work independently or under only general
direction. A Master's Degree or Post Graduate
degree (in the fields described above) may
be substituted for three years of specialized
experience.
