Experience with software engineering concepts and standards with proven extensive experience in the web-based, client-server areas. Strong background experience with SQL, Oracle is required.

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate IT discipline and a minimum of 10 years experience, required. Three (3) years of which should be in the last five (5) years in the supervision of system architects, use of structured analysis, design methodologies, design tools and other design techniques, object oriented principles, and experience with the logical, and physical functional, operational and technical architecture of medium to large complex information systems. A Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline may be substituted for two years of experience.

The candidate is responsible for the design of software tools and subsystems to support software re-use, domain analyses, COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) product integration, and manages the implementation. Specialized experience and technical knowledge includes demonstrated experience with full life cycle development, use of SQL, Oracle, Web focused programming tools, and use of RDBMS.

Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. A Master's Degree or Post Graduate degree (in the fields described above) may be substituted for three years of specialized experience.
