Lifelike Visualizations in Action
MillenniuM and 3Plains are putting lifelike visualizations into action to support a
variety of infrastructure planning and management efforts, as well as emergency
preparedness and response. Built on reusable digital frames, the visualizations
are helping organizations easily and effectively examine and interact
with comprehensive and realistic scenarios.
This capability takes training, design of plans and procedures, and practice

SMS Offering for Management and Safety Insight
MillenniuM has developed a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS)
offering that covers the spectrum of an air carrier, with its different
organizations and operations, and focuses on safety and risk management.
The SMS offering is part of the ICAP© service offering.
The SMS brings together a carrier’s different data and information,
then integrates and aggregates it to get a comprehensive and current
picture of the state of safety in the carrier. Visualization tools are
used to provide management and executives with insight and indicators of
where attention may be needed.
The SMS provides a safety risk management framework to help a carrier
organize internal investigations and analysis, and support action decision making.
The SMS helps monitor and measure the effectiveness of actions to determine
if they worked or if alternatives are needed. These functions help close
the loop on all safety related actions.

MillenniuM Teams with JDA Aviation Technology Solutions for
Part 121 Pre and Post Assessment Services
MillenniuM and JDA have partnered to provide commercial Part-121 air carriers with ATOS oversight services. With the FAA announcement that all Part-121 carriers will come under ATOS by 2007, the combined services of MillenniuM and JDA provides significant value for air carriers coming under ATOS or those already in the program.
The assessment services consist of conformance assessments using the latest ATOS SAIs, performed by industry experts utilizing MillenniuM's ICAP© (please see related ICAP© announcement for April 2005 below). The combination of expertise and capabilities provided by the MillenniuM / JDA partnership is unparallel in the aviation industry and is poised to provide value for air carriers today and into the future.

JDA Aviation Technology Solutions has partnered with MillenniuM for the use of MillenniuM's ICAP© in support of JDA's efforts as a Part-121 Qualified Certification Consultant.
Selected by the FAA, JDA will be providing new entrant carriers with services related to certification and ATOS oversight requirements utilizing MillenniuM's ICAP©.

MillenniuM Deploys ICAP
Washington DC: MillenniuM Information Systems, a veteran owned small business, is pleased to announce that it has completed and deployed the first release of the Industry Compliance / ATOS Partner (ICAP)© system. MillenniuM implemented the initial operational capability of ICAP within an air carrier organization in less than 2 months. ICAP is a service for air carriers that reduces their time and increases the efficiency of their managers for meeting and managing Federal and other regulatory compliance and oversight requirements. MillenniuM’s ICAP offering provides the shortest path with the quickest ROI (less than 3 months) for managing, achieving and maintaining carrier compliance. Common functionality is adapted to the carrier’s specific operating environment and culture, helping air carriers reduce the complexity and costs to meet compliance with FAA oversight, IOSA audits, and DoD safety checklists.
Several major air carriers are currently subscribing to the MillenniuM ICAP services.
